SHARE LIFE Please continue to make donations. Working wonders with families in our neighbourhoods. Last year, ShareLife-supported Family Service agencies provided family Counselling to over 5,100 people in the Greater Toronto Area. Our Parish goal for 2016 is $39,000. To date we have collected $39,097.54. Thank you for your generous donation.

CONGRATULATIONS to all children that finished their school year this past week and especially to those who graduated from the elementary and secondary schools. Enjoy your vacation and don’t forget God and the Church!

SENIORS GROUP GATHERING will take place tomorrow, Monday July 4 at 1:30 p.m. in the Church for Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction. The theme is Jesus the Healer and it will be followed by food, fun and fellowship in the Scalabrini Hall.

MISSION Co-op APPEAL Fr. Francis Jeyaseelan belongs to the Monastic Order of the Rosarians, presently residing at Rosarian Monastery in Merlin, ON. The Congregation of the Rosarians has 13 monasteries in India leading their monastic life. Fr. Francis will be here on July 9 and 10 for mission- appeal to support the Rosarian Monastic community in India and to continue the ministry of caring for the poor, children’s education and medical care. For your offering, you may use the envelope found in the envelopes package, marked Mission Appeal or you may get an envelope available at the entrances of the Church.

ANNUAL MASS for the Faithful Departed Celebrated: Wednesday, August 17th, 2016 Celebrant: Most Rev. John A. Boissonneau Time: 7 p.m. Place: Assumption Cemetery, Mississauga. In the event of rain, Mass will be held in the Mausoleum.

THE BIBLE STUDY GROUP will be off for the months of July and August. We will resume on Thursday, September 8 at 7:30 p.m. in Fr. Daniel Zanon Hall.

ENGLISH PRAYER GROUP will be taking a break over the summer months and will resume on Saturday September 10 at 2:30 p.m. in the Scalabrini Hall.

SUMMER DRESS CODE As we enter the summer season, please wear clothing that is appropriate and shows respect both to the Lord and to those around us in our Church. Please remember that in a House of Worship, we come to meet the Lord and must present ourselves in this sacred place with respect and reverence. Business causal, along the lines of what you might wear to the office is appropriate for Mass. Dress code specifics include no shorts or short skirts. No exposed shoulders or cleavage.
